Who IS TOPHER

After 15 years of agency-side production experience, I landed at Lyft in 2017 as their first-ever Head of Production, in the startup days before they went public.

Since then I have spent the past 8 years on the brand side, in various leadership positions across Production, Brand and Creative Operations.

From 2019-2023 I lead the Brand and Marketing team at Oscar Health, transitioning the team and company from startup into a publicly-traded company.

From 2024-2025 I lead the Creative Services team at Vail Resorts, and oversaw all creative operations and production in service of our 42 global ski resorts and properties.

This year I have taken on consulting projects at Engine and Oscar.
